An event series for parents and professionals alike; providing resourceful information about the developing child.
Our community education series (CES) at St. David’s Center is designed to not only equip you with the tools you need in raising your child, but to also foster community in our area – bringing us together for the sake of our children.
For parents and professionals alike, CES events aim to educate, inform, and expand knowledge and discussion around subjects related to parenting, child development, and education.
Leaning on both our tenured, expert staff at St. David’s Center in addition to thought leaders outside of the organization, we hope our CES events provide you the opportunity to learn and grow along with your child on your journey together.
Please join us at this free event for a supportive talk around parenting! Laura Brinkmeier, EdM, PsyD, LP is a Child Psychologist at St. David's Center and has worked with children and families in various capacities for over 15 years. Participants will be exposed to the typical stressors of parenthood, will reflect on what stressors are primary for them, and will discover ways to decrease parenting stress.
