(Shift 1) Saturday, October 8, 2022 Minnetonka Campus 7:30 am-9:30 am Event Set Up: Table set up, tent set up, signage placement, parking route set up, supply set up, activity set up.
(Shift 2) Saturday, October 8, 2022 Minnetonka Campus 9:15 am-1:00 pm Event Support: Run children’s activities, assist with event housekeeping duties and station upkeep, welcome event attendees, direct parking onsite and or at offsite parking locations.
(Shift 3) Saturday, October 8, 2022 Minnetonka Campus 12:45 am-2:30 pm Event Breakdown: Breakdown tables, breakdown tents, take care of activity supplies, take down event signage, assist with grounds clean up.
The Harman Center - Saturday, October 15, 2022 9:00 am-12:30 pm 25 Volunteers Total Event Support: Assist with event set up (tents, tables, signage, activities), main event support (run activities, station upkeep and housekeeping, event welcoming), event breakdown (table breakdown, tent breakdown, space clean up, supply load out)
