Community Special Needs Services

When you're caring for a child with disabilities, having support in your community makes a difference.

We are committed to helping individuals with special needs become more active participants in their homes and communities. Through a variety of support programs, we grow with the child.

All of our Community Special Needs Services involve an intensive matching process that evaluates client needs and personality types in order to pair each client with the most appropriate staff member(s).

• Respite Foster Care
  A 24- to 48-hour break for caregivers of children with special needs
• Therapeutic Foster Care
  Long-term care in a home-based setting
• Personal Care Assistance (PCA)
  Assistance with daily activities for individuals with special needs
• Waivered Services
  Support services funded through a waiver for individuals with special needs

  Monthly outing for people (ages 16+) with developmental disabilities
• Adventure Program
  After-school activities for youth with developmental disabilities
• Residential Support Services
  Independent living environments for young adults with special needs
• Autism Support Services
  Case management program for families with children on the autism spectrum
