Supported Living Apartments
Designed for individuals who are ready to transition from Group Homes or a family home into a home of their own choice. St. David's Center staff work with individuals to set up programming that support the individual to live in his/her own home. We facilitate relationships with property managers that allow for successful community living arrangements.
Designed for adults who can live independently with support. This model is best suited for individuals that are able to be alone for periods of time throughout a 24-hour period and desire a high level of independence.
Homes designed for individuals with the highest level of need for support. Group Homes foster growth in independent living skills while offering 24-hour live-in support.
Services may be paid for through a Developmental Disabilities waiver or private pay.
