Residential Support Services

Our Residential Support Services promote independence in individuals with disabilities through group homes and a waivered services apartment.

Through close partnership with families, we create home-life experiences that focus on independence and choice.

Our Residential Support staff:

• Treats properties as our residents' homes – we are guests
• Supports the concept of "a home of your own," by encouraging home ownership or rental whenever possible
• Helps residents make their own choices while considering their need for guidance
• Provides group interviews with the residents and their families when new staff is being considered

We have group homes in Crystal, St. Louis Park, Blaine and Ham Lake, and a waivered service apartment in Minnetonka.

Payment/Funding

Funding is provided through a client's waiver, SSI, GRIT and/or private pay.
