Where Everybody Belongs

Stressbusters
About 13% of children and adolescents experience an anxiety disorder. We believe early intervention is key.*
Stressbusters is specifically designed for children ages 7 to 9 who struggle with excessive worry, fear, school anxiety or separation anxiety.
St. David's Center therapists will:
- Help children identify "what is anxiety?"
- Teach children how to cope with anxiety, worry, fear and stress.
Our nonthreatening group setting allows participants to have fun while learning useful techniques.
Services may be billed through insurance. Minimum registration is required to hold group. Not appropriate for children on the autism spectrum.
