Multi-Disciplinary Assessments

St. David's Center uses a collaborative approach to meet the needs of children with developmental challenges. Our new Multi-Disciplinary Assessment Team provides comprehensive early childhood evaluation through:

  • Psychological & Neurocognitive Testing
  • Speech-Language Pathology Assessment
  • Occupational Therapy Evaluation

Services are flexible to meet the needs of each child, family and service provider and are available at our Minnetonka campus and select partner sites throughout the Twin Cities metro.

Following each assessment, the team will share findings with the child's family, make recommendations for services and collaborate with the child's caregivers, teachers and other providers when appropriate.

Payment/Funding
All major insurance, Medical Assistance/TEFRA, PMAPs and private pay.
