Employment Opportunities
Position: Autism Day Treatment Internship, 20 hours per week
Department: Autism Support Services

The Autism Day Treatment interns are a critical part of our team! This exciting opportunity will provide therapeutic interventions for preschool children with autism in a multidisciplinary day treatment setting. Interns are involved in hands on work within the treatment room. The internship will also include opportunities to provide in-home family services to children in the day treatment program. Supervision provided by MA, LP.
Time Commitment: 9 month internship, 20 hours per week
Supervision: will be provided with a licensed mental health professional in accordance with school requirements. In addition, once a month group supervision is provided, which is a group discussion and learning environment.
Training is provided priot to start.
Qualifications:
- Must be enrolled in a Master's program in Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or closely related field.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Preference given to candidates with experience working with young children or children with special needs.
